Commercial Account Manager

The Brinkman Group is seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our Florida clients fantastic team.

Locations Available:

Miami/Ft. Lauderdale (Davie), Tampa ,Winter Park ,Tallahassee ,Gainesville ,Jacksonville ,Ft. Myers

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage insurance portfolios, ensuring exceptional service and high retention rates.

- Collaborate with team members on client service, marketing, and renewals.

- Analyze clients' needs, recommend suitable plans, and resolve complex service issues.

- Drive retention and develop new business opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

- Support Assistant Account Managers as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of insurance Account Management experience.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and travel as needed.

- FL 2-20 P&C License.
