Kristin is unlike any other recruiter I’ve worked with!  She really, truly cares. Instead of scanning LinkedIn and pushing you into a position simply because your resume matches a job description, she determines who you are as a person, and what is important to you in a new role. She is meticulous about matching candidates and companies that FIT! She’s down to earth and fun to talk with. She takes the stress out of what is otherwise a process I dread!  I’ve been in my new role for two weeks now, and Kristin has plans to visit the office next week, just to follow up and make sure all is good.
