Job Overview:

Join our team as a Client Services Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in marketing, claims, and administration. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Respond to inquiries, maintain records, and ensure seamless issue resolution.

- Coverage Implementation: Set up accounts, collect documentation, and review plan details for new lines of coverage.

- Data Management: Gather exposure information, request and collect quotes, and audit documents for accuracy.

- Policy Oversight: Receive, update, and conduct policy checks to ensure completeness.

- Client Support: Keep clients informed of any changes affecting insurance premiums or coverage.

- Business Growth: Identify and compile information for new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Three to seven years of client services experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to organize work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

- Willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours if needed.
