Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will support brokers in managing new business and renewals, ensuring optimal client coverage and retention. Your role involves building strong broker relationships, strategic planning, and maintaining data accuracy. You will also handle risk management, generate performance reports, and resolve invoicing issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounts for new business and renewals.

  • Support brokers with market submissions and document accuracy.

  • Build and maintain broker relationships.

  • Collaborate on new business strategies and client proposals.

  • Evaluate and mitigate account risks.

  • Ensure data accuracy and generate performance reports.

  • Resolve invoicing issues and communicate on cancellations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Sales, Risk Management preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience.

  • State P&C and/or surplus line licenses required within a designated period if not currently licensed.

Work Environment

  • Flexible schedule after training (3 days in office, 2 days remote; typically 1 day in office per week).
