Our Owner Kristin comes from 10+ years in the Insurance Industry as an Account Manager before moving into Recruiting.  This is one of the many things that set her and The Brinkman Group apart from the competition.  Having done the job she is relatable to the candidates.  This is also a huge bonus for clients who want to save time and work with an Industry expert who knows the market and how to attract the most qualified passive candidates.
